Job summary

T2 is seeking an Store Leader to help run our Sydney retail store. You will support daily operations, coach the team, manage stock and deliveries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

In this role you will lead in the Store Manager's absence, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining visual standards and efficiency. This full-time position includes a competitive salary and incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and team leadership.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Manage deliveries and stock controls; maintain merchandising standards.
• Cover store leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support training in customer service, product knowledge and operations.
• Provide timely feedback to develop the team.
• Regular Sunday work is required.
