Job summary

T2 Tea in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its immersive tea experience and lead the store team day-to-day.

You will assist the Store Manager with merchandising, deliveries and stock while coaching staff to deliver memorable customer experiences and helping achieve sales targets.

This role requires weekend work, strong communication, and a passion for tea. Training and incentives are available as part of the supportive T2 team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Ability to motivate and coach staff.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and merchandising.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support budgeted sales and control costs.
• Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide training on customer service, product knowledge and store procedures.
• Occasional Sundays required.
