Job summary

T2 invites you to lead as Store Manager at our Garden City store in Brisbane. You will drive exceptional customer experiences and maintain beautifully curated retail spaces that reflect the T2 brand.

You will coach and empower your team, manage stock and visual merchandising to meet commercial goals, and deepen product knowledge to become a confident T2 ambassador. This full-time role requires availability for late evenings and weekends in a dynamic Australian retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous store management or key holder experience preferred.
• Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
• Curiosity for tea and growth of product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and curate retail environments to reflect the T2 brand.
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver memorable customer experiences and build strong customer connections.
• Drive stock management and visual merchandising to support commercial goals and store performance.
• Provide leadership, clarity, and consistency for the team across daily operations.
• Develop staff through coaching and ongoing development opportunities.
