T2 is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Garden City team in Brisbane, bringing passion for tea and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the team, manage stock and merchandising, and drive sales while upholding T2’s brand standards in a vibrant, bustling store environment.

You will lead by example, foster development, and ensure seamless store operations with a focus on guest delight and product knowledge. This role requires availability for late evenings and weekends.

• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Previous store management, team leadership or key holder experience is highly regarded.
• Curiosity for tea and a desire to grow product knowledge.
