Job summary

T2 Tea in Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its passionate retail team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager with daily store operations, lead the team on shift, and ensure the store delivers exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach staff, drive sales, manage stock and visuals, and provide training on customer service, product knowledge and operations. Regular Sunday work is required and a friendly, inclusive culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willing to work Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and team leadership.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Support achievement of sales budget and control store costs.
• Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist with training on customer service, product knowledge and operations.
• Provide timely feedback to develop the team.
• Regular Sunday work is required.
