You will lead by example, foster development, and ensure seamless store operations with a focus on guest delight and product knowledge. This role requires availability for late evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Previous store management, team leadership or key holder experience is highly regarded.
• Curiosity for tea and a desire to grow product knowledge.
