Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to assess store needs and guest requests.
• Hire, onboard, and develop a diverse store team.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Deliver outstanding guest experience aligned with company values.
• Monitor floor operations and inventory flow per visual merchandising strategy.
• Address guest feedback and escalate when needed.
• Manage performance and recognition processes.
