Job summary

lululemon Athletica Murray Street Mall store in Australia seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive guest experience. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and development of the store team while upholding brand standards and community commitments.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage visual merchandising, inventory, and the store P&L within a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience, including recruiting and performance accountability.
• 1 year managing store operations, scheduling, labor and projects.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive team environment and cascade vision to all staff.
• Hire, onboard and develop store team; manage succession plans.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and address escalations.
• Drive store merchandising, inventory accuracy and product actions.
• Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategy, budget and labor.
• Manage the store's P&L and overall store performance.
