T Fresh is seeking a Store Manager [Retail Manager (General)] to lead daily grocery store operations in Goulburn, NSW. You will supervise staff, manage stock, pricing and promotions, and ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with 38 hours per week and a salary of AU$80,000 plus superannuation, reporting to the business owners and contributing to community-focused initiatives.

• Experience with budgets, targets and reporting to owners.
• Knowledge of retail operations and compliance requirements.
