Job summary

Jones Retail Group, a leader in IGA supermarkets, seeks a highly experienced Store Manager for IGA Manly Village. You will run day-to-day operations, lead a large team, and drive exceptional customer service while achieving store KPIs in a vibrant community setting.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and operates 365 days a year, with a focus on presenting a warm, welcoming store and ensuring the team delivers outstanding service and value-added offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supermarket retail management experience.
• Experience managing a large format supermarket and fresh department.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, lead, coach, and develop a large team.
• Nurture a culture of customer focus and community involvement.
• Maintain safety standards for the team and customers.
• Meet and exceed KPIs such as sales, gross profit, wages, and loss.
• Ensure visual merchandising and food safety standards are met.
• Act with pace to deliver outstanding service and product quality.
• Oversee rostering, production and delivery logistics across value-added range.
