FoodWorks NSW is seeking an experienced Grocery Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising, and drive a strong customer experience. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while monitoring budgets and KPIs to ensure profitability.

Maintain compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations, and coordinate weekend shifts with early opening at 6:30am and late close at 7pm, ensuring smooth operations at all times.

• Proven experience managing a supermarket, grocery store, or large retail operation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
