Tucker Fresh IGA in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our local stores. You will own day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the leadership group, you will oversee staffing, stock, safety and compliance, and work to maintain our promise that every local is loved, while contributing to our community-focused approach and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supermarket retail management, ideally in a Store Manager or senior leadership position.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales, profitability and KPI performance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, labour costs and operational expenses.
• Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Customer-first approach and commitment to high standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions, manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership and leading by example.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety, food safety and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profit and operational targets.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs, budgets and cost controls.
• Recruit, develop, engage and retain a high-performing team.
• Build a positive, accountable workplace culture aligned with Tucker Fresh IGA’s values.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards across departments.
• Oversee rostering, timesheets, leave requests and labour requirements.
• Coach team members and develop future leaders.
• Monitor stock management, merchandising and presentation.
• Maintain WHS and food safety compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, staff, suppliers and the local community.
