The Good Grocer Applecross is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Good Grocer Applecross store, with opportunities across WA. You will drive store performance, lead an experienced team, and deliver a premium fresh-food offering while creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

We’re looking for a passionate foodie with hands-on leadership, strong retail background, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager in supermarket setting.
• Strong leadership with team development track record.
• Solid financial understanding: GP, sales, budgets, wages.
• Passion for fresh food and gourmet products.
• Excellent customer service and merchandising ability.
• Understanding of food safety standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• IT knowledge: Microsoft Office and store tech.
• RSA and Approved Manager certs are a plus.

As Store Manager you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store – leading an experienced team, delivering a premium fresh food offering, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

We're looking for more than a manager – we want a passionate foodie with a strong retail background, someone who thrives on innovation, champions customer service, and brings a hands‑on leadership style that inspires their team.
