Beefy's is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager for our Aussie World store in Palmview, Sunshine Coast. You will lead a friendly team, uphold high standards of product quality and service, and drive store performance in a busy cafe/bakery environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, roster management across rotating shifts from 4.30am to 6pm, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and food safety. Join a well-established group with supportive training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have experience within the food service/retail industry.
• Display warmth and enthusiasm, with a friendly positive outlook and a can do attitude.
• Be flexible, adaptable reliable and very much hands-on.
• This position is based on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday (working every 2nd weekend). You will be required to work a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts, so you must be able to work varying shifts between the hours of 4.30am and 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the Number One priority
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanliness
• Training, supervising, mentoring and coaching team members to foster their ongoing growth and development
• Management of stock including rotation, quality and minimising wastage
• Implementing operational policies and effectively managing back office administration
• Maintaining knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food Safety
• Planning and managing rosters
• Promoting a positive work environment that motivates team members to grow, be challenged and have fun!
• Proven ability in leading, developing and mentoring a team ideally in a Food service, Cafe or Bakery environment.
• Customer service focused, with the ability to engage new customers and maintain returning customer relationships.
• Ability to achieve store Key Performance Indicators.
• Highly organised with effective time management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible, reliable and honest.
• Ability to build solid professional relationships within the store team and greater network, as well as with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kgs.

The successful candidate will:
