Job summary

National Tiles in Burleigh Heads is seeking a Store Leader to drive sales and lead the team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will train, coach and supervise staff, manage inventory and store presentation, and uphold health and safety standards. The role offers a Tuesday–Saturday roster and opportunities for career progression within a well-established retailer.

Working closely with the Store Manager, this role will see you offering leadership support to the team, whilst ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently.

You’ll provide training, guidance, and supervision, ensuring the team stays focused during busy periods, andremain motivated towards achieving business goals and KPIs. With a dedicated and driven approach, you’ll also lead by example and set the tone for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Support the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
• Lead by example to foster a customer-obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences that reflects the highest industry standards
• Coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales targets, budgets and operational KPIs across the full product range
