Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead daily store operations, support the leadership team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will ensure safety, stock availability and a welcoming store environment while coaching team members to grow their skills and confidence.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage opening and closing shifts across a 7-day roster and foster a positive, proactive service culture that keeps customers coming back.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way.
• A focus on safety and creating a positive environment for team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required.
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service.
• Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty.
