Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead daily store operations, shape customer experience and support the leadership team. You will ensure safety, stock availability and a welcoming environment, coaching team members and planning workload across a 7-day roster.

In this full-time role in Sydney, you’ll develop leadership capability and drive improvements while delivering practical, hands-on leadership and excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage safety, stock and customer service on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create a welcoming, safe and well-presented store.
• Oversee opening/closing and day-to-day store operations.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver knowledgeable service.
• Manage stock flow, replenishment and workforce planning.
• Promote and support a strong safety culture and team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries and drive improvements in processes.
• Onboard and develop team members for growth.
