Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the store team and shape a safe, engaging customer experience in our Australian store. You will partner with the leadership team to keep the store well-stocked, organized, and customer-focused, while stepping into site leadership when required.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership approach. This full-time role offers ongoing development and opportunities to influence store operations

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems practically.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create a welcoming, safe store environment and set the tone for the customer experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing and site leadership when required.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver knowledgeable, helpful service.
• Manage workforce planning, stock flow, and replenishment to keep the store running smoothly.
• Promote safety culture and team wellbeing; resolve customer queries effectively.
• Onboard and develop team members to grow confidence and capability.
