Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to be at the heart of the store, leading the team to deliver a safe, well-stocked and welcoming shopping environment. You will partner closely with the leadership team to drive day-to-day ops and customer satisfaction.

You’ll open or close as needed, coach staff, manage stock flow and safety, and support continuous improvement across shifts seven days a week. Join a collaborative team and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make practical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create a safe, welcoming and well-presented store environment for customers.
• Support opening/closing and stepping into site leadership when required.
• Coach team members to deliver knowledgeable, helpful service.
• Maintain stock flow and replenishment to keep the store running smoothly.
• Promote a strong safety culture and wellbeing of the team.
• Resolve customer queries and improve efficiency through new tools or processes.
• Onboard and develop team members to build confidence and capability.
