Sephora Chatswood is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. You'll lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience across all store operations.

With 2-3+ years in retail leadership, you will push for operational excellence, manage KPI targets, and uphold Sephora's brand standards while fostering a positive culture and growth opportunities for colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
• Excellent client service and experiential retail focus.
• Experience managing teams in a multi-site or big-box environment.
