Job summary

Foot Locker in Sydney is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and coach a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee store operations, training, employee management, visual merchandising, and asset protection, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

You will drive sales, maximize profits, and foster a positive, inclusive environment while upholding brand standards and product knowledge across athletic ranges.

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
• Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with ability to understand financial impact of store performance.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends.
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
