Job summary

You will act as a bridge between customers, sales associates and store leadership, ensuring product knowledge and brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to analyse sales data and support profit goals.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
