Job summary

National Storage in Canberra is seeking a Full-Time Storage Consultant to join our Canberra team, supporting customers across Mitchell, Hume, Hume Central, Phillip and Queanbeyan with storage solutions. The role spans customer service, administration and operations in a dynamic self-storage environment.

You will work a rotating roster (every second Saturday 9 am–2 pm) and hold a full driver’s licence with a car.

Qualifications

Must hold a full driver's licence and own car.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and sales-driven approach.
Proficient with technology and able to multitask across systems.
Motivated, proactive and positive attitude.
Able to work well in a team and autonomously.
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
Able to work on a rotating roster, including every second Saturday 9am–2pm.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer experience by guiding customers to best storage solutions.
Conduct centre tours and walkthroughs of facilities.
Maintain the centre's presentation, cleanliness and general operations.
Handle general administration tasks such as contracts, inventory and insurance claims.
Achieve KPIs and targets to uphold high standards across centres.
Maintain a safe and secure centre by following WHS procedures.
