National Storage on the Central Coast is seeking a full-time Storage Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service, conduct centre tours, and manage daily operations across North Wyong and West Gosford. You’ll need a full driver’s license and car, strong communication, and a customer‑centric, sales‑oriented approach, with a rotating roster including every second Saturday 9am–2pm.

• Deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting and guiding customers in storage choices.
• Conduct centre tours and walkthroughs of facilities.
• Maintain centre presentation, cleanliness, and general operational duties.
• Process administration tasks such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
• Achieve KPIs and maintain high centre standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure centre by following WHS procedures.

About The Role:

Reporting into the Centre Manager, our Storage Consultants are vital within our business, as they work closely with our customers and deliver seamless service. We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Storage Consultant to join our Central CoastTeam. This role offers the opportunity to work across our various locations, predominantly based in North Wyong and West Gosford. The role is exciting & varied, encompassing customer service, administration, and operational tasks. You will be working for a dynamic and innovative company that is at the forefront of the self-storage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting and guiding our customers in making the best choice for their storage needs.
• Conduct centre tours and walk throughs, showcasing our facilities.
• Maintain the centres presentation, cleanlinessand general operational duties.
• Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
• Achieve KPIs and targets to ensure our centres always representourhigh standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure centre by adhering to workplace health and safety procedures.

About You:

• FULL Driver’s license and car (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Customer-centric and sales oriented.
• Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems.
• Motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
