Job summary

National Storage in Canberra is seeking a Full-Time Storage Consultant to join our Canberra team, supporting customers across Mitchell, Hume, Hume Central, Phillip and Queanbeyan with storage solutions. The role spans customer service, administration and operations in a dynamic self-storage environment.

You will work a rotating roster (every second Saturday 9 am–2 pm) and hold a full driver’s licence with a car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience by guiding customers to best storage solutions.
• Conduct centre tours and walkthroughs of facilities.
• Maintain the centre's presentation, cleanliness and general operations.
• Handle general administration tasks such as contracts, inventory and insurance claims.
• Achieve KPIs and targets to uphold high standards across centres.
• Maintain a safe and secure centre by following WHS procedures.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, our Storage Consultants are vital within our business, as they work closely with our customers and deliver seamless service. We have an exciting opportunity for a Full‑Time Storage Consultant to join our Canberra team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across several locations, including Mitchell, Hume, Hume Central, Phillip, and Queanbeyan.

The role is exciting & varied, encompassing customer service, administration, and operational tasks. You will be working for a dynamic and innovative company that is at the forefront of the self‑storage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting and guiding our customers in making the best choice for their storage needs.
• Conduct centre tours and walk‑throughs, showcasing our facilities.
• Maintain the centre's presentation, cleanliness and general operational duties.
• Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
• Achieve KPIs and targets to ensure our centres always represent our high standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure centre by adhering to workplace health and safety procedures.

About You

• FULL Driver’s licence and car (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
