Job summary

National Storage on the Central Coast is seeking a full-time Storage Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service, conduct centre tours, and manage daily operations across North Wyong and West Gosford. You’ll need a full driver’s license and car, strong communication, and a customer‑centric, sales‑oriented approach, with a rotating roster including every second Saturday 9am–2pm.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric and sales oriented.
Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems.
Able to work well in a team and autonomously.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Full driver’s license and car are required.
Rotating roster with every second Saturday 9am–2pm.

Responsibilities

Deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting and guiding customers in storage choices.
Conduct centre tours and walkthroughs of facilities.
Maintain centre presentation, cleanliness, and general operational duties.
Process administration tasks such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
Achieve KPIs and maintain high centre standards.
Maintain a safe and secure centre by following WHS procedures.
