National Storage in Canberra is seeking a full-time Storage Consultant to join our team across Mitchell, Hume, Hume Central, Phillip and Queanbeyan. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, guiding customers to the best storage solutions and handling administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Full driver’s license and access to a car
• Customer-centric and sales-oriented
• Proficient in using technology and multitasking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work well in a team and autonomously
• Willingness to work on rotating roster including every second Saturday 9am-2pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting and guiding customers in selecting storage options
• Conduct centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase facilities
• Maintain centre presentation, cleanliness and general operations
• Process general administration such as contracts, inventory and insurance claims
• Achieve KPIs and uphold high standards across centres
• Maintain a safe and secure centre by following WHS procedures
