Job summary

Spotlight Ltd is seeking a stockroom associate to receive and replenish stock, adhere to safety policies, and deliver excellent customer service. You will support various areas of the business as needed and contribute to a high-performing team in a multi-brand retail environment.

The role emphasizes efficient stock handling, safety compliance, and proactive collaboration with store teams to meet daily goals and service standards.

Qualifications

• High volume stock receiving experience required.
• Back Dock supervisory experience with a small team preferred.
• Strong work ethic, motivation and reliability. You take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Receive and replenish stock in store promptly.
• Adhere to OHS policies & procedures.
• Provide high level customer service to our customers.
• Support in multiple areas of the business as required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly
• Adhere to OHS policies & procedures
• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
• Support in multiple areas of the business where required
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
