Job summary

Spotlight in NSW is seeking a motivated team member for stock receiving and back dock duties. The role involves ensuring timely replenishment, adherence to safety policies, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

You will work with a small team, demonstrate initiative, and help drive store performance. This position requires physical capability, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks across departments.

Qualifications

• Stock receiving experience in a high-volume store.
• Experience supervising a small team at a back dock or stock area.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Receive and replenish stock in the store promptly.
• Adhere to OHS policies and procedures.
• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers.
• Support in multiple areas of the business where required.

Role Responsibilities

• Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly
• Adhere to OHS policies & procedures
• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
• Support in multiple areas of the business where required

The Ideal Candidate

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
