Spotlight Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Stock Receiver to join our store team. You will receive and replenish stock, adhere to OH&S policies, and provide high levels of customer service while supporting multiple areas of the business.

The ideal candidate brings high volume stock receiving experience, supervisory experience on a small dock team, strong communication, and the ability to lift 15kg+ with no restrictions. This is a Monday–Friday role.

Qualificações

• Stock receiving and replenishment experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to supervise a small back dock team and coordinate tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Comfort with lifting 15kg+, bending and ladder use.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and replenish stock in the store promptly.

The Ideal Candidate:

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
