Spotlight Ltd in Queensland, Australia, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team across Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe brands. You will oversee the full store operation, drive sales growth, and uphold store standards.

The role includes team development, visual merchandising, stock control, and delivering exceptional customer service, with a supportive leadership program and rewards through the Spotlight Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience preferred.
• Time management & multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Owner's mindset for your store.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
