Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in our Armidale store. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, drive exceptional customer service, and achieve KPI targets while launching catalogue campaigns and upholding visual standards.

You bring strong retail management experience, time-management skills, and a hands-on, owner mindset. IT proficiency and First Aid certification are valued assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience preferred.
• Time management & multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity setup experience.
• Physically capable to handle large stock volumes and pace.
• Owner's mindset for your store.

• Resilient and innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained.
