Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group in Queensland is seeking a store leader to drive daily operations, deliver sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service within a high-volume department.

You will lead and mentor a team, execute visual merchandising standards, plan campaigns, and safeguard stock integrity to maximise department profit. An owner's mindset, strong communication, IT literacy, and first aid readiness are valued. Spotlight offers competitive pay with super and quarterly profit share.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience beneficial.
• Physically capable to handle large stock volumes.

• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
