Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group in Australia is seeking a diligent Stock & Logistics Lead to join our store team. You will receive and replenish stock promptly, adhere to OHS policies, and deliver high levels of customer service across the store.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-volume stock receiving, supervision of a small team, and the ability to multitask with clear communication. The role requires lifting, planning ahead, and a minimum 30 hours per week.

The Ideal Candidate:

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
• Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week
