Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking a Storeperson/Stock Controller to supervise a small team and manage high-volume stock flow. You will receive and replenish stock, assist visual merchandising, and coordinate daily inventory while upholding OH&S standards.

• High volume stock receiving experience.
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team.
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication.

The Ideal Candidate

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals
• Takes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
