Job summary

Spotlight is seeking a dedicated full-time team member to join our Geelong store network. The role focuses on stock receiving, replenishment, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with high-volume stock and small-team supervision, plus strong multitasking, time management and clear communication. A physical role requiring lifting up to 15kg and full-time availability is essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly
• Adhere to OHS policies & procedures
• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
• Support in multiple areas of the business where required

The Ideal Candidate

• High volume stock receiving experience
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team
• Hardworking and motivated
• Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goalsTakes initiative to drive results
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions.
• Must be available full-time hours
