Job summary

NSW TrainLink is seeking a part-time Customer Attendant at Parkes Station to deliver exceptional service, handle enquiries, travel bookings and station connections. You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment and assist with luggage while working alongside train crews and stakeholders to uphold safety standards.

The role is 15 hours per week with a fixed roster from 12:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday; extended hours may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service, handle enquiries, bookings and connections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming station, assist with luggage and coordinate with train crew.
• Rostered 15 hours per week, 12pm–3pm, Mon–Fri, with potential extended hours.
• Pro-rata pay for part-time hours, with superannuation and annual leave loading.
• May require pre-employment checks and be added to a Talent Pool for Parkes Station.
