Job summary

NSW TrainLink in Dubbo seeks a Customer Attendant to deliver friendly frontline service at the station, handling enquiries and passenger support including travel bookings and connections.

This part-time on-site role offers pro-rata pay with shift allowances and annual leave loading. The position is based at Dubbo Station with a 4-hour daily schedule on a 7-day rotating roster, and may include overtime.

• Collaborate with train crews to ensure safety and minimise potential risks.
• Part-time role at Dubbo Station: 4 hours daily on a 7-day rotating roster, with potential overtime.
