DuluxGroup (Australia) Pty Ltd, through Dulux Acratex, is seeking a State Network Representative to grow our priority store network and drive performance at a local level. You will train store teams, identify opportunities, and execute growth initiatives that deliver measurable commercial results.

You will leverage CRM insights, build strong relationships, optimise merchandising and promotions, and support events across your state, collaborating with sales leaders and customers to strengthen

Qualifications

• Experience in paint, coatings, construction or related industry.
• Background working with retail, reseller, franchise or trade store networks.
• Proven ability to engage customers and drive growth.
• Ability to train and coach store teams.
• CRM experience to manage opportunities and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across the priority store network.
• Build capability through product and market training.
• Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Act as a link between the Acratex business and store network using CRM insights.
• Enhance customer engagement, merchandising and promotions across your state.
