Job summary

Dulux Acratex, part of the DuluxGroup, is seeking a driven sales and business development professional to manage a metropolitan Sydney client base. You will own a fixed territory, support store teams via training, and contribute to growth across texture-coating categories.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within a similar industry.
• Proven track record of sales growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage CRM and planning tools.
• Ability to build and maintain a local project pipeline within a territory.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to join the Dulux Acratex team, managing a well-established customer base in metropolitan Sydney, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fixed territory with strong growth potential. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our store teams—becoming the go-to person for training on both new and existing products.
