Job summary

Dulux Acratex, part of DuluxGroup, is seeking a State Network Representative to drive growth across the priority store network in New South Wales. You will partner with store teams, sales leaders and customers to execute the Acratex strategy locally, deliver product and market training, and identify new business opportunities.

In this role you’ll use CRM insights, build strong relationships, optimise merchandising and promotions, and support growth events across your state while advancing

Qualifications

• Experience in paint, coatings, construction, building products, or related industries.
• Background working with retail, reseller, franchise or trade store networks.
• Demonstrated success in customer engagement, sales support, business development or category growth.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity, opportunities and stakeholder relationships.
• Confidence delivering training, coaching and capability-building activities.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering results.
• Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven and adaptable, with a practical approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across the priority store network by implementing the Acratex strategy locally.
• Collaborate with store teams, sales leaders and customers to deliver training and capability-building.
• Identify new business opportunities and support execution of growth initiatives achieving commercial results.
• Act as a link between the Acratex business and store network to enhance engagement and relationships.
• Leverage CRM insights and market knowledge to optimise merchandising, ranging and events across the state.
