Dulux Acratex seeks a State Network Representative to drive growth across the priority store network by implementing the Acratex strategy locally. You will train store teams, identify opportunities, and support growth initiatives with CRM insights and strong relationships to boost engagement, merchandising, and promotions across your state.

Qualifications

• Experience in paint, coatings, construction, building products, trade or related industry.
• Background working with retail, reseller, franchise or trade store networks.
• Demonstrated success in customer engagement, sales support, business development or category growth.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity, opportunities and stakeholder relationships.
• Confidence delivering training, coaching and capability-building activities.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering results.
• Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven and adaptable with a practical approach to opportunities and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across priority store network by implementing Acratex strategy locally.
• Build capability through product and market training for store teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives that deliver commercial results.
• Act as a link between Acratex and store network using CRM insights and market knowledge.
• Enhance customer engagement and optimise merchandising and product ranging.
• Support growth events and promotional activities across the state.
