Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Staff Mechanical Product Engineer (Production) to serve as the primary design engineering presence on the production floor, bridging design intent and manufacturing execution across multiple sites. This senior IC role requires deep technical judgement, autonomy, and the ability to influence both design engineers and production leadership.

You will drive systemic improvements, develop scalable tooling and processes, and apply advanced 3D CAD modeling, MRB, and DFM/DFA

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience in manufacturing or production
• Hands-on on production floor and MRB processes
• Strong GD&T and interpretation of design intent for production

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary design engineering contact on the production floor for assigned programs
• Triage MRB actions and drive resolution timelines
• Resolve production process blockers and drawing interpretation issues in real time
• Provide rapid-response engineering support to Production, Quality, and Test teams
• Develop and apply mechanical modeling and simulations to support changes
