Job summary

Unisys in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Senior Technical Field Engineer to deliver hands-on onsite support across hardware, software, servers and storage for large enterprise environments in Australia. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain IT infrastructure; mentor junior engineers; drive service improvements; and maintain documentation while building strong customer relationships.

This role requires an Australian Security Clearance (Baseline or NV1) and a valid Australian driver’s

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Field Engineering, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support, or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience with hardware maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in customer-facing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Technical certifications or an Associate Degree are highly regarded
