The role focuses on safety, efficiency and stakeholder collaboration, with regular weekend work and interstate travel on the agenda.

You will drive event logistics, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure smooth operation from planning to wrap-up at venues across Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience planning and delivering events from start to finish.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate logistics under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of events from planning through delivery and wrap-up.
• Develop operational plans, run sheets and timelines.
• Coordinate layouts, logistics, schedules and permits.
• Manage suppliers, traffic management and safety requirements.
• Lead event day teams, volunteers and contractors.
• Collaborate with councils and venues for approvals.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and reviews.
