Job summary

NW Group in Sydney is seeking an organised Crew & Logistics Co-ordinator to support live events across NSW. You will coordinate crew, transport and on-site logistics, ensuring the right people and resources are in place for seamless delivery.

Experience coordinating people, logistics or operations is important. Knowledge of RentalPoint or similar rostering software is highly regarded, and training will be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily crew scheduling and rostering for live events.
• Organise transport and event-related movements.
• Support logistics planning and delivery across multiple projects.
• Promote safe work practices and support WHS compliance.
• Build strong working relationships with full-time and casual crew.
• Help recruit and grow our crew base, promoting NW Group as an employer of choice.
• Work with teams across the business to support seamless event delivery.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a proactive, professional way.
