Employer Sponsored Jobs in NSW seeks an experienced Conference and Event Organizer to join a growing Australian company with expanding international presence. This full-time role plans and delivers high-profile sporting activations, trade exhibitions, corporate events and product showcases.

You will coordinate activations, manage logistics, liaise with venues and suppliers, and support international market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher educational background in events or related field is required.
Minimum three years of experience managing conferences, events or exhibitions.
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
Experience managing trade shows, sponsorship activations or promotional events.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Responsabilités

Plan, coordinate and deliver conferences, exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events.
Manage sporting event sponsorship activations and outdoor brand displays.
Coordinate event logistics including transport, equipment, promotional materials and travel arrangements.
Liaise with venues, event organisers, suppliers and retail partners.
Negotiate supplier agreements, sponsorship arrangements and service contracts.
Prepare and monitor event budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery.
