Job summary

Service NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers at the Eden and Bega Service Centres. This 20-hour per week role involves a mix of face-to-face and phone enquiries, delivering friendly and efficient service in a government services environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, with shifts of at least four hours, contributing to a welcoming customer experience and ensuring accurate handling of information and processes.

Customer Service Representative

SNSW Clerk Grade 3/4- starting annual salary $ 74,118 plus superannuation and leave loading

Employment: 1 x ongoing part‑time contract (20 hours per week)

This role is Monday to Friday and requires a minimum of 4 hours per shift.

Location: Ede n and Bega Service Centre s

Through a combination of face‑to‑face interactions and phone-based enquiries, you’ll provide professional, respectful and customer‑focused assistance that helps people achieve the best possible outcomes. Your work will contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where customers feel heard, supported and valued, while helping deliver important services to the local community.

Operating hours:
In our Service Centres hours vary between locations. You can check the opening hours for each Service Centre here . Flexibility is to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centre’s operational hours which may include Saturdays.

The Service NSW Award hours are 6:30am – 7:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays). In some situations, you may be required to work during these hours.

Part‑time – minimum 2 0 hours per week - (Monday to Friday)
Full‑time – 70 hours per fortnight

Hours are also subject to change based on the needs of the business.
