Job summary

ACO Australia is seeking a proactive Specification Sales Representative to join our Queensland sales team. You will drive specification of our drainage and environmental technologies across major construction projects by engaging with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

The role focuses on building relationships, pursuing leads, and converting specifications into orders, supported by our Technical Services and BD resources.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and technical sales skills with ability to influence architects, engineers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project leads to secure ACO specifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers and consultants.
• Record and manage project data and client activity using CRM (MS Dynamics).
• Collaborate with Construction Sales and BD teams to convert specifications into orders.
• Deliver regular technical presentations.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
• Utilise Technical Services and BD resources to support specification opportunities.
