You will drive specifications for key commercial projects, engaging with architects, interior designers and project teams to influence outcomes and secure long-term share growth.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Specification Manager to take ownership of the NSW market. Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for driving specifications across key commercial projects through influential relationships with architects, interior designers, project managers, end users and key industry stakeholders. Working at the front end of the project lifecycle, you'll identify opportunities early, influence specification outcomes and guide projects through to successful conversion. This is a highly visible role suited to an accomplished specification professional who enjoys operating strategically, building trusted partnerships and driving long-term market share growth.

About You

You are likely an established Specification Manager, Business Development Manager, Project Consultant or Architectural Sales professional with strong industry credibility and well-developed relationships within the architecture and design community.

You will bring:

  • Proven success in specification sales within commercial interiors, building products, furniture, finishes, lighting, construction materials or related sectors.
  • Established relationships across architectural and design networks within NSW.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic business development capability.
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders on complex construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to develop long-term client partnerships.
  • High levels of autonomy, professionalism and personal accountability.
